The Iron Horse Training Center has an up to date nutritional feeding program that utilizes quality hay and grain to insure your horse has the proper nutrition to be able to perform and learn what is being asked of them, and maintain good health. Iron Horse Training Center works closely with a Veterinary service to provide proper health for your horse and up to date immunization and care. A farrier comes on a routine basis to care for your horse and his feet. This is all part of the Iron Horse team that works closely to provide the best care and maintenance for all of your horses needs in turn that accomplishes the results needed to achieve the best learning and performance of your horse. The focus is on you and your horse becoming a team together, making sure your horse has what he needs to perform is necessary to achieving that goal.
Iron Horse Training Center is located in the scenic and beautiful country fresh air of Portage, Wisconsin on 40 acres. Iron Horse features a 25 heated stall facility with both heated and non heated barns. There is a 100’ x 200’ outdoor arena, a 60’ x 140’ indoor fully enclosed arena, round pen, wash rack and private or group turn out paddocks. We have staff available and living on the grounds for any assistance you may need. The horses have safe comfortable stalls, are handled and cared for each and every day, and are fed three times daily.
